Our newly launched and beautifully decorated Christmas Show Home in Newton Ferrers, South Hams has proudly featured in a special festive charity video created by Plymouth based estate agents Julian Marks, alongside a number of local businesses and well-known local influencer Curly Gaz.

The community-focused Christmas film was created to raise vital donations for Plymouth Argyle’s official charity, Project 35, helping ensure that those most in need do not go hungry over Christmas and / or throughout the year.

Our brand-new Show Home provided the perfect festive backdrop, fully decorated for the season and showcasing the warmth and atmosphere of the development. We are proud to have played a part in a project that brings together local businesses across the South Hams and Plymouth area in support of such an important cause.

Supporting community initiatives is central to our ethos, and we are delighted that our Newton Ferrers development could contribute to raising awareness and funds for Project 35 this Christmas.
