Collaton Park Summer Party Brings the Community Together

What a day! Our Summer Party at Collaton Park was a wonderful celebration of community, bringing together homeowners, prospective buyers, local residents and holidaymakers for a day filled with sunshine, laughter and great memories.

From the moment the gates opened, there was a real buzz around the development. Families, couples and visitors of all ages spent the day exploring everything Collaton Park has to offer, enjoying live music, artisan stalls, delicious food and refreshments, and a fantastic programme of activities.

Our local market stalls showcased a wonderful range of handmade gifts, crafts and local produce, while food vendors kept everyone fuelled throughout the day with tasty treats, coffee and cakes. Guests who had RSVP'd also enjoyed complimentary burgers, cakes and refreshments, adding to the warm welcome that greeted everyone on arrival.

Children were kept entertained from start to finish, enjoying lawn games across the green spaces and taking part in our treasure trail. As they explored the beautiful show homes in search of clues, they collected their prizes from the Marchand Petit tent before redeeming their well-earned ice cream vouchers at the marketing suite – a highlight for many of our younger visitors!

Throughout the day, live music created the perfect backdrop, with people relaxing, chatting with neighbours, meeting new faces and soaking up the friendly atmosphere. It was fantastic to see people who already call Collaton Park home sharing their experiences with those considering making the move, helping to create the welcoming community spirit that makes this development so special.

One of the most rewarding aspects of the day was the incredible mix of people who joined us. We welcomed existing homeowners, prospective purchasers, local residents, holidaymakers discovering the area, and visitors from further afield who wanted to see what life at Collaton Park is all about. Seeing everyone come together demonstrated exactly what we hope to achieve here – not just building beautiful homes, but creating a thriving, connected community.

The feedback we've received since the event has been overwhelming.

One visitor described the day as "very well organised" and said the event reinforced their belief that they were becoming part of "a lovely new community going forward."
