"What a fantastic day we had. We've never known a new home development do anything like this before – a summer party for everyone. It was so well organised, the staff were all so helpful, the music was great, and there was so much to do – activities, viewing homes, shopping, eating and drinking.

"We were delighted to attend the Collaton Park first anniversary party on a beautiful sunny day. The event was very well organised, with representatives from the selling agents, landowners and developers all in attendance, and everyone made us feel very welcome.

Artisan stall holders were offering bespoke trinkets, with lovely food and drinks available to purchase. There was excellent live music, lawn games for all ages, and a variety of show homes open to view, offering different styles to suit a range of requirements and budgets.

We bought a brand new house at Collaton Park, Newton Ferrers with great help and assitance from Marchand Petit. All of the team were attentive and patient with our many questions and demands. We want in particular to mention Knadi who was honest, professional and first rate with her communications with us.

She really did go 'above and beyond' amd was instrumental in making our decision to buy.

Thus far we are delighted with our choice having moved in last week. Moving can be really traumatic and we had our share of stress and set backs, but Kandi was with us every step of the way and helped smooth any potential issues.

We love the eco-friendly aspect of the house and development- it’s one of the main things which has drawn us to Collaton Park. We are excited to see who takes up residence in the bat box and bee bricks, which are built into our property.

As soon as welooked at the site plan in detail, we began to imagine our lives there, walkingto the café on a Saturday morning to meet friends for a coffee whilst the kidsplay on the playground. Then down to the river in the afternoon for somesailing and paddleboarding, followed by a sunset drink at the pub and beingable to walk home. Perfect!

Initially, we discounted it as we don’t usually like new builds, but once we looked into the plans, we quickly realised that it’s not your average new build development and it could provide the ideal home for us. We loved the community feel and the benefits of the site, such as the parkland (perfect for dog walks), café and play areas. We also love that it is connected to the village by a footpath, so you can walk or cycle to the river easily.

“Our experience of buying our home was amazing, the team were excellent! They all went above and beyond the call of duty to get us into the house.

We purchased here due to the build quality and size of the development. It was the best out of the four sites we were looking at. We love the space around the plot, the double garage and the quality of the fixtures. Our favourite features are the aspect and quality, as well as the kitchen. The garden is also nice and flat and easy to manage.

We had such a fun time being shown around the show home and introduced to the surrounding area.
